Synth and Synthibility

The Grand became dull with
Timid strings and miserable horns.
Seal the tomb for eternity, canonise classic.
Synthesise a new wave, post-modernise music,
Bright antennae bristles with new energy.

Lone individual.
Can create an orchestra of mystic rhythms
That captures my thoughts, carries them away.
Signals that the keys are growing stronger,
Bearing a gift beyond price, almost free.

Ivory-white boards burst sound into the atmosphere,
Slim, black fingers carry unpredictable tune.
Digital buzz beneath, under pressure,
Exploding frequency with angelic analogue,
You move me, bringing warmth into the era.

Walking with Duke on his travels,
Yes, to America, to moog, organ, in harmonic unity.
A built in ability: lifting me with invisible touch
Constantly changing and adding to song,
More melodies reach and fill more ears.

Electronic machinery: products of industry,
Making modern music - can still be open-hearted,
Working magic ten digits, bellowing pedals of Taurus.
Guitars can support the occasional strum but the voice,
The voice aligns and echoes on a wavy ascent.

Photographic Media and Prices

When the poem and photograph are printed, the poem is to the left of the image. The lines of the poem are still centred.

The media is PermaJet's Ultra Pearl. PermaJet state the paper is 295gsm, has a super ultra pearl finish, a high water resistance together with being scratch resistant and anti-scruff properties.
